Fig Ai Consulting, LLC specializes in digital products and consulting tools. Because digital goods cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final

1 No Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, we do not issue refunds or exchanges once a digital product has been purchased.

2. Exceptions: Refunds may only be considered in the rare event of duplicate charges or proven technical errors on our end. Requests must be submitted to info@figaiconsulting.ai within 7 days of purchase.

3. Agreement: By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
